Question: What do I do when it comes time to renew?

When it’s time to renew (or if you want to renew early), simply click here to be directed to the renewal page. Just sign in and choose the Year 2 option.

Question: Does renewing early cut any time off of my current year?

Renewing early will not effect your current subscription. Your next year will begin when your previous year ends.

Question: What do I get when I renew?

For $30 (plus s/h) you will get a brand new, H/H year 2 exclusive t-shirt, an H/H wristband and a VIP laminate.

Question: What if I have M&G or EE and my membership is going to expire before the date of my show?

If your membership is going to expire before the show where you have a M&G or EE you must renew before that show. Remember that you can only take advantage of the H/H perks if you are a member. Once your membership expires, you no longer qualify for those perks, so if you do not renew, you will not be permitted to participate in M&G's and EE.

Question: What if my membership expires? Can I still renew at a later date? Does my account still exist?

Of course! We hope this never happens, but if your membership expires and then you decide to renew, you can always do this at a later date. Your account will exist with your current username/password, it just won't be active until you renew again - which means no access to the site, perks, etc until you renew.

Question: Why haven’t I gotten my membership package yet?

Once you renew your membership it takes between 6-8 weeks to get your new membership package. If you’ve waited 8 weeks and you still haven’t received anything, please contact us at shipping@heroesheroines.com.

Question: Can I change my t-shirt size when I'm renewing?

Yes! Just click on the “Change Password/Edit Profile” link on the renewal page to change your t-shirt size and update your shipping and email address.
